When seeking recommendations for web hosting for your blog, you’ll find everyone and their mother recommending a hosting company that they are an affiliate off. They obviously want to make a commission off you. Now there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that as long as it’s a good recommendation.
Some of these blog owners don’t even use the web hosting companies that they recommend. Unfortunately, in most cases they’re just in it for the commissions.
Through my research, I discovered that a good many of these recommendations are not the best hosting companies to go with. As an example, I discovered that you should avoid, at all costs, any hosting company owned by the Endurance International Group (EIG).
It’s just not worth the risk.
The main reason is that over the years EIG has earned a very bad reputation in the industry for ruining the hosting companies it acquires. To maximize profits and shareholder value, EIG basically slashes it’s costs and does not put in the required, necessary investment to provide superior hosting service for it’s clients.
Furthermore, if you do your online research, you'll discover that an increasing number of customers are complaining about Bluehost, HostGator and many other other EIG hosting companies. That is why I intentionally avoided popular, well known, recommended hosting companies like, Bluehost, HostGator and any other EIG hosting companies.
I use InMotion Hosting. It was recommended to me by Pro Blogger, Chris Guillebeau. I respect and am a big fan of Chris. In fact, he was one of the people who inspired me to start this blog.
Chris tried at least a dozen different hosting services over the years, before finally going with InMotion Hosting. As he states on his blog, Chris used Bluehost for much of the time and finally after experiencing too many disasters he left them and went with InMotion Hosting.
Every new site he built, he used InMotion Hosting. He is extremely satisfied with their service and is comfortable recommending them. Since I trust Chris through his blog, I trust his recommendation. That’s why I use InMotion Hosting.
There are other numerous benefits of using InMotion Hosting but I’ll let you discover them for yourself on their website www.InMotionHosting.com
If you have found value in this review and decide to go with InMotion Hosting, I would appreciate if you would mention to them that LiveLoveLaughBeHappy.com recommended them to you.
The affiliate referral fees generated (at no extra cost to you) will help support this blog.
Thank You.
